Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks an accomplished Engineering Manager with 10+ years in electronics manufacturing and 5+ years in project management to relocate to Albuquerque and lead strategic growth in the Southwest Rockies.

The candidate will oversee product, process, and test engineering, drive DFx and cost-reduction initiatives, and build high-performing cross-functional teams aligned with aerospace and defense accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / production environments.
• 5+ years in formal Project Management.
• 3+ years in People Leadership / Management.
• Deep familiarity with Aerospace, Military, and Tech Industrial product lifecycles, electronics test development, and entrepreneurial continuous-improvement cultures.

Responsibilities

• Shapes strategic roadmaps and resource allocations as a core member of the Albuquerque Leadership Team and Corporate Engineering.
• Oversees Product, Process, and Test Engineering organizations; manages capital spend and annual budgets.
• Directs end-to-end New Product Introduction, rapid prototyping, large-scale product transfers, BOM/ECN integrity, and DFx reviews.
• Drives continuous quality improvement and compliance with RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and environmental regulations.
• Acts as technical and executive liaison for aerospace, military, and defense accounts.
