Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager in Albuquerque, NM. The role targets 10+ years in electronics manufacturing and 5+ years in project management, with relocation to the Southwest Rockies region.

You will lead Product, Process, and Test Engineering, drive DFx and cost reductions, and guide cross-functional teams including aerospace and defense accounts to strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership of cross-functional teams and executive coaching.
• Experience in EMS, NPI, and large-scale product transfers.
• Strong knowledge of RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the Albuquerque Leadership Team shaping strategic roadmaps.
• Oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering and budgets.
• Direct end-to-end New Product Introduction and lifecycle reviews.
• Drive quality improvements and regulatory compliance.
• Act as liaison for key aerospace, military, and industrial accounts.
