Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC seeks an accomplished Engineering Manager with 10+ years in electronics manufacturing and 5+ years in project management to relocate to the Southwest Rockies region and lead strategic growth in Albuquerque.

As a dynamic, customer‑focused leader, you will guide cross‑functional teams in product, process, and test engineering, drive DFx and cost‑reduction initiatives, and ensure alignment of plant operations with corporate roadmaps and aerospace/defense accounts.

Qualifications

10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / production environments.
5+ years in formal Project Management.
3+ years in People Leadership / Management.
B.S./M.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic roadmaps and resource allocations as a core member of the Albuquerque Leadership Team.
Oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering organizations; manage budgets and cross-functional prioritization.
Direct end-to-end New Product Introduction and large-scale product transfers.
Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure compliance with RoHS/industry standards.
Act as liaison for key aerospace, military, and tech-industry accounts.
