Responsibilities

Shapes strategic roadmaps and resource allocations as a core member of the Albuquerque Leadership Team.
Oversees Product, Process, and Test Engineering; manages capital spend and budgets.
Directs end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) and large-scale product transfers; ensures BOM/ECN integrity.
Drives continuous quality improvement and compliance with RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and environmental regs.
Serves as technical liaison for key accounts, resolving escalations and building executive trust.
