Responsibilities

• Develop a team responsible for building high-performing suppliers for Starshield satellites, user terminals, and ground station products.
• Lead supplier audits and PPAP implementation to ensure part qualification and quality.
• Improve supplier quality and manufacturing processes through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, design, operations, and production to standardize policies and processes.
