Job summary

CREtelligent is seeking a Property Condition Services Senior Reviewer to lead day-to-day PCA operations, refine processes, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires autonomy, deep PCA expertise, and collaboration with leadership to maintain high-quality client deliverables.

Primary focus is on PCA report QA/QC, standards adherence, and guiding in-house and contract assessors. This office-based, full-time position emphasizes accuracy, speed, and client satisfaction within CRE due

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (Master’s, MBA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Registered Architect (RA) registration preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in property condition assessment for commercial real estate, including at least 2 years in a senior review capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC reviews of PCA reports to ensure technical merit and client-ready quality.
• Manage multiple PCA projects with on-time delivery and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with Managing Director to refine company standards and implement improvements.
• Provide technical direction to staff and oversee future PCA staff growth and training.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to address questions and ensure scope compliance.
