Job summary

DFM Development Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented PCA Inspector to conduct Property Condition Assessments remotely, while residing in the Metro DC area (DC/VA/MD). The role is on an as-needed basis (1099) with less than 30 hours per month, reporting to the Director of Environmental Compliance.

You will perform PCA inspections, prepare high-quality reports, and identify energy efficiency opportunities, working both independently and with EC teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of performing various types of PCA inspections.
• Ability to organize information to run an inspection program.
• Strong report writing and client communications skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Must reside locally in the Metro DC Area (DC/VA/MD)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced PCA Property Condition Assessment Inspector to join our Environmental Consulting (EC) Department. This role is part time/1099 that involves conducting thorough Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) to evaluate the physical condition of properties. The ideal candidate will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring the production of high-quality PCA reports and identifying opportunities for proactive improvements, such as energy efficiency enhancements.

Physical Requirements

Employee must be physically fit to perform duties in all types of environments and conditions.
