Job summary

CREtelligent is seeking contractors to perform field-based Property Condition Assessments (PCA) for commercial real estate. You will conduct site visits, observe building systems, document deficiencies, and generate comprehensive PCA reports for clients.

The role requires 5+ years of CRE PCA experience, familiarity with ASTM E2018, and the ability to produce clear, professional reports using company templates. This is a remote Kentucky-based contractor opportunity with nationwide client base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years evaluating commercial properties.
• Experience writing PCA reports to ASTM E2018.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform walk-through observations at CRE properties including office, retail, industrial sites.
• Assess site components, structure, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and overall condition.
• Document deficiencies and prioritize maintenance needs with photographic evidence.
• Prepare detailed reports using provided templates with clear recommendations.
