Job summary

CREtelligent is seeking contractors to perform field-based Property Condition Assessments for commercial real estate. You will conduct site visits, observe building systems, capture data, photos, and prepare formal PCA reports using client templates.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CRE PCA field experience, familiarity with ASTM E2018, and a ability to produce clear, professional reports that support clients' decision making. Remote Nevada-based opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CRE PCA field experience.
• Ability to produce clear, professional PCA reports.
• Experience conforming to ASTM E2018 and client scopes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive walk-through observations at commercial properties.
• Visually assess property components: site, structure, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, envelope.
• Identify and document deficiencies, maintenance needs, and potential issues.
• Use the Quire platform and templates to prepare detailed reports with photos and recommendations.
