Who We’re Looking For.
This Property Condition Services Senior Reviewer is responsible for helping to lead the day-to-day operations of the company's Property Condition Assessment (PCA) services.This position will drive internal process refinement, including the development and implementation of contractor monitoring tools, product updates, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead other strategic initiatives to maintain high PCA standards and client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive, self-starting individual, with significant experience who can operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with the Managing Director.This position is primarily office based, serving as a full-time senior reviewer of Property Condition Assessment (PCA) reports.
