Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. in Torrance, CA seeks a full-time Project Manager for Property Condition Assessments (PCA). You will manage multiple projects, oversee QA, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver quality reports on time.

Responsibilities include client liaison, SOW alignment, progress reporting, and coordinating with Partner Associates. Candidates should have 5+ years in construction management or due diligence, 5+ years of property inspections, and strong writing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management or due diligence services.
• 5+ years conducting property inspections and writing assessments.
• 1–2 years performing quality or peer reviews on property assessments.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA review and QC of all portions of the project, including text and appendices.
• Communicate scope-of-work and client expectations throughout the term of the project.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and assessors in a timely fashion.
• Provide solid recommendations and solutions to client managers and clients.
• Identify and resolve issues with projects.
• Deliver progress reports and recommendations to the client.
• Manage client follow-up, questions, and concerns.
• Coordinate follow-up questions with assessors during the review process; delegate tasks as needed.
