Job summary

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in computer science/electronics or equivalent.
  • 1 year of progressive PC technical support experience or 4 years of related education/experience.
  • Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, and MS Office.
  • CompTIA A+ and Microsoft 365 Administrator certifications must be obtained within stated timeframes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support for PCs, peripherals, and PC-based applications.
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and usability of hardware and software.
  • Oversee server/system administration support and network device maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for Tier 2 support and system administration.
