Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or certification in a related field required.
• 1 year recent experience in hardware/software technical support required (HCCS experience is considered on a two for one basis).

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, troubleshoot, and repair personal computer hardware and software.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure good operating conditions.
• Communicate with users to detect possible problems.
• Assist in the evaluation of new equipment to be supported by the Technical Support area.
• Maintain inventory to ensure maintenance and repair of computers.
• Maintain up-to-date virus protection.
