Job summary

Upstate Medical University seeks a PC Support Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair PC hardware and software across campus. You will handle new devices, departmental moves, and migrations while researching and resolving hardware and software problems for client devices, printers, file servers, and host systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of PC support or customer service experience, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one (1) year of experience to include PC support and customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
