Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics or BI
• Strong PBM industry knowledge with claims data and savings analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools, with cloud data experience
• Ability to translate analyses into client-ready insights
• Experience presenting to clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Experience in large-scale, high-growth organizations (preferred)
• Master's degree in CS, Stats, Economics, or related field (preferred)
• GitHub and dbt experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing PBM analytics and develop client-ready analyses
• Present insights to clients and internal stakeholders clearly
• Conduct advanced analysis using SQL, Tableau, and cloud data platforms
• Collaborate across product, business, and client teams to prioritize requests
• Contribute to scalable analytics standards and documentation
• Mentor peers and promote analytical rigor and reproducibility
