Job summary

Judi Health, with offices in NYC, Denver, CO and Charlotte, NC, seeks a highly analytical Staff Analyst to support and grow our Analytics team. You will translate complex pharmacy benefit data into actionable client insights and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

With 4–6 years of data analytics experience, you will use SQL/Tableau, drive client-ready analyses, and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders in a polished, consultative manner.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare analytics, or a related field.
• Strong PBM industry knowledge, including pharmacy benefit concepts and claims data.
• Experience analyzing pharmacy claims data and translating findings into client-ready insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau) and cloud data environments; strong coding hygiene and documentation.
• Ability to present analytical findings to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, consultative manner.
• Knowledge of data engineering fundamentals and cloud warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift).
• Familiarity with Agile project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client-Facing PBM Analytics by performing analyses on pharmacy benefits, claims, utilization, trends, savings, and performance data.
• Present insights and consult with clients, translating methodology and limitations into business-friendly narratives.
• Execute high-quality analytics using SQL, Tableau, and cloud-based environments with strong quality checks.
• Partner with product managers, leaders, and clients to scope, prioritize, and deliver analytics.
• Support scalable standards, documentation, and compliance across the Analytics team.
• Provide informal technical and analytical leadership, mentoring peers and improving patterns and templates.
