Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, healthcare analytics, or a related field.
• Strong PBM industry knowledge, including pharmacy benefit concepts, claims data, utilization trends, savings analyses, and client reporting metrics.
• Experience analyzing pharmacy claims data and translating findings into client-ready insights, recommendations, and business implications.
• Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools with cloud data environments; maintain coding hygiene and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing PBM analytics across pharmacy benefit, claims, utilization, trends, savings, and performance data.
• Present detailed analytical findings to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, polished manner.
• Translate data, methodology, assumptions, and limitations into business-friendly narratives for diverse audiences.
• Develop client-ready analyses, dashboards, and presentations communicating insights and potential business impacts.
• Partner with product managers, leaders, client-facing teams to prioritize requests and align analytics with business goals.
• Contribute to scalable analytics standards, documentation, quality controls, and repeatable processes.
