Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a highly analytical Staff Analyst to support and grow our Analytics team. You will perform complex PBM analyses, develop dashboards, and present insights to clients, translating data into actionable business recommendations.

The role requires 4–6 years in data analytics with strong PBM knowledge, SQL, and Tableau expertise, and the ability to partner across teams in a hybrid NYC/Denver/Charlotte environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare analytics, or related field.
• Strong PBM industry knowledge including claims data, utilization trends, and savings analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau; experience with cloud data environments.
• Ability to translate analyses into client-ready insights and business implications.
• Excellent client-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analyses across pharmacy benefit, claims, utilization, trend, savings, and performance data.
• Interpret results with PBM knowledge and connect findings to client priorities.
• Develop client-ready analyses, dashboards, and presentations communicating insights and potential impact.
• Present insights and consult with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Translate data, methodology, and limitations into business-friendly narratives for executives.
