Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in PBM, health plans, healthcare, or Medicare.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical claims data and client reporting metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis with strong hygiene and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytics projects with stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions and actionable insights.
• Develop recurring firm-wide insights reports spanning departments.
• Ensure data integrity with clear documentation of query logic and methods.
• Translate findings into visualizations and presentations for varied audiences.
• Support compliance and quality controls in reporting and analytics practices.
