Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, consulting or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in pharmacy industry (PBM, consultant, manufacturer).
• Experience working with pharmacy and medical claims data and client reporting metrics.
• Proficient in SQL, Python or R with good coding hygiene and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects with stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions and insights.
• Provide strategic insights on program performance, utilization trends, and financial projections.
• Ensure data integrity with clear documentation of query logic and methodologies.
• Support development of enterprise reporting frameworks and analytics standards.
• Mentor Analysts and lead knowledge sharing across the team.
