Judi Health in New York, NY or Denver, CO is seeking a highly technical Senior Analyst to support our Analytics team. This role leads analytics projects, analyzes pharmacy and health data, and translates findings into actionable recommendations for clients and leadership.

With 3+ years in data analytics, pharmacy consulting, or PBM environments, you will mentor analysts, build robust reporting, and help scale our enterprise reporting standards while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting.
• 1+ years in pharmacy industry (PBM, consultant, or manufacturer).
• Experience with pharmacy and medical claims data and client reporting metrics.
• Strong documentation, coding hygiene, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead analytics projects with stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions and insights.
• Provide strategic insights on performance, utilization trends, and financial projections.
• Maintain documentation of query logic, methodologies, and key assumptions.
