Job summary

Judi Health, LLC is seeking a highly analytical Staff Analyst to support and grow our Analytics team. This client-facing role requires deep PBM knowledge, advanced data analysis skills, and the ability to translate pharmacy benefit and claims data into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, BI, healthcare analytics, or related field.
• Strong PBM industry knowledge including pharmacy benefit concepts, claims data, utilization trends, savings analysis, and client reporting metrics.
• Experience analyzing pharmacy claims data and translating findings into client-ready insights and business implications.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and cloud-based data environments; strong coding hygiene and documentation.
• Ability to perform complex analyses, explain methodologies, identify drivers, and synthesize findings into clear business insights.
• Proven ability to present analytical findings to clients and internal stakeholders in a polished, consultative manner.
• Track record of partnering with stakeholders to scope requests, prioritize work, and provide analytics support.
• Knowledge of data engineering fundamentals and cloud warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Willingness to work in fast-paced settings and manage multiple analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing PBM analytics, performing complex analyses of pharmacy benefit, claims, utilization, and trend data.
• Develop client-ready analyses, dashboards, and presentations communicating insights and business impact.
• Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, business-friendly narrative.
• Collaborate with product managers and teams to prioritize requests based on value and urgency.
• Contribute to scalable analytics standards, documentation, and quality controls.
• Provide informal technical leadership and mentor peers to raise analytical rigor and repeatability.
