Formación

• 2–3+ years of hands-on payroll tax experience with a focus on notice resolution and amended return preparation across multiple states.
• Knowledge of IRS and state agency notices; ability to read a notice and determine resolution path.
• Experience resolving State and Federal payroll tax notices independently, including balance-due notices and deposits mismatch notices.

Responsabilidades

• Execute full-cycle payroll tax case work for assigned accounts, including tax filings and payments and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Research and resolve complex payroll tax notices, owning each case from intake to closure.
• Prepare amended payroll tax returns (Form 941-X and state equivalents) independently on complex amendments.
• Support payroll correction workflows and document the audit trail for resolutions.
• Maintain thorough case documentation and prioritize cases by SLA dates.
