Intuit is seeking a payroll tax professional to resolve notices, correct payroll errors, and prepare amended returns with strong attention to detail. The role requires hands-on tax experience, cross-state knowledge, and the ability to mentor colleagues.

You will handle high-volume case work, collaborate with Corrections, Amendments, and Pay & File teams, and contribute to process improvements while growing technical depth. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Formación

• Hands-on experience resolving payroll tax notices and preparing amended returns.
• Ability to research and resolve complex state and federal notices independently.
• Familiarity with Form 941-X and state equivalents.

Responsabilidades

• Execute full-cycle payroll tax case work for assigned accounts, including filings and payments.
• Research and resolve complex payroll tax notices across multiple states.
• Prepare agency responses with supporting documentation and deadlines.
• Prepare amended payroll tax returns (Federal and State) independently.
• Support correction workflows by identifying tax impact and documenting audit trails.
• Maintain personal WIP queue and prioritize SLA-driven cases.
• Perform trend analysis to identify process or system deficiencies.
• Contribute to SOPs and knowledge base updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with related tax teams and mentors.
