Qualifications

• Knowledge of computerized payroll systems and related applications, outsourced and in-house.
• Experience analyzing payroll tax data and identifying trends.
• Several years of payroll tax administration with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll tax compliance across multiple states and entities.
• Coordinate with ADP and third-party providers; reconcile payroll tax data.
• Monitor payroll tax payments and filings; resolve tax issues.
• Manage setup of new tax jurisdictions and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide leadership input on mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes.
• Stay current on changing tax laws and advise leadership.
