Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll tax processing and filing experience in a payroll service/HCM setting.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Experience managing multi-client operations in deadline-driven environments.
• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with multiple payroll/tax systems.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll tax deposits and filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Research regulatory updates and resolve tax discrepancies.
• Partner with clients, agencies, and teams on complex questions.
• Prepare quarterly and annual filings and monitor legislative changes.
• Improve workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
