Alliance HCM in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a full-time Payroll Tax Analyst to manage payroll tax filings across jurisdictions, stay current with regulatory updates, and resolve complex tax questions for our clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll tax processing and filing experience.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations.
• Experience managing multi-client operations in deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience working across multiple payroll or tax systems.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll tax deposits and filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Research regulatory updates and apply changes.
• Resolve tax discrepancies and partner with clients, agencies and internal teams.
• Prepare quarterly and annual filings and monitor changes impacting compliance.
• Help improve workflows to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
