OrthoIndy Northwest is seeking a Payroll Systems Administrator to manage planning, execution and implementation of all corporate payroll functions. The role supports payroll, HRIS and Time and Attendance systems, educates employees, and ensures compliance with federal and state rules.

Qualifications

• Certified Payroll Professional or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains employee information in HRIS and input of terminations and new hires.
• Acts as payroll system/HRIS contact internally and with payroll vendor.
• Runs and reviews payroll reports and timekeeping data; supports timekeeping system.
• Reviews audit reports and wage calculations for accuracy and compliance.
• Interacts with managers to prepare data for payroll processing.
• Ensures compliance with current payroll rules and regulations; identifies improvement opportunities.
