Job summary

Ortho Molecular Products is seeking an onsite Payroll Manager in Barrington, IL to lead end-to-end payroll operations. The role requires strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax reporting, and compliance, with Paycom exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required; CPP preferred.
• 5 years experience in Payroll; Paycom exposure desirable.
• Strong Excel and Office skills; ability to learn payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll process for employees.
• Review and validate payroll calculations (earnings, deductions, taxes).
• Oversee payroll systems administration and data integrity.
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot system issues and upgrades.
• Provide guidance on payroll policies to supervisors and employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local payroll regulations.
• Prepare payroll tax reports and documentation for auditors.
