Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day payroll operations for a multi-state organization.
• Execute bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and executive employees.
• Audit payroll to ensure accurate calculations for gross-to-net pay, garnishments, benefits, and tax withholdings.
• Ensure adherence to FLSA regulations, time-tracking rules, multi-state compliance and nexus roles.
• Lead, train, and mentor the payroll team.
