Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Payroll Supervisor to lead a team and manage complex multi-state and union payroll operations. You will influence system implementation and process improvements while ensuring accuracy and compliance across diverse pay schedules.

Active CPP certification is required or candidates must obtain it within one year. This role offers growth as the payroll function evolves, including new system rollout planned for 2027.

• Leads payroll team and oversees performance.
• Requires CPP certification or commitment to obtain within 1 year.
• Manages complex payroll across multiple groups and schedules.
• Ensures compliance with payroll tax rules and third-party providers.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and develop a team of 5–8 payroll professionals; provide guidance and coverage for complex payroll matters.
• Oversee payroll operations for ~100 union groups and 100 entities in US/Canada.
• Support processing across weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly schedules for hourly, salaried, and tipped employees.
• Monitor accuracy, resolve escalations, and ensure timely payroll processing in a high-volume environment.
• Coordinate with third-party tax providers and agencies to resolve payroll tax issues.
