Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in payroll/timekeeping.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience applying Corewell Health pay practices in a timekeeping/payroll environment.

Responsibilities

• Serves as resource for Payroll Coordinators to navigate complex responsibilities and issues that need escalation.
• Serves as the primary trainer for all new Payroll Coordinators and backup for time editor training.
• Prepare and distribute workload reports for Payroll Coordinators to efficiently review timecard exceptions.
• Develops and maintains uniform and efficient processes for reviewing timecards and payroll processing preparation.
• Assist, research and resolve team members, time editors and leaders with payroll inquiries via ticketing software.
