Corewell Health is seeking a Manager, System Payroll to lead a centralized payroll team servicing multiple states, including bi-weekly processing and tax reporting. You will drive compliance, process improvements, and programs with governance across Finance, HRIS and IT.

The role requires 7 years of payroll experience, 3 years of supervisory leadership, and familiarity with Workday/ServiceNow/UKG in a large, multi-site setting. Full-time, daytime schedule in Grand Rapids.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR or accounting.
7 years of relevant payroll experience.
3 years of supervisory experience.
3 years in a large, multi-site organization with automated time & attendance/payroll.
1 year of experience with Workday, ServiceNow and UKG.
Payroll Professional Certification (CPP) is preferred.

Lead the payroll operations team, setting goals and coordinating work.
