Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a seasoned payroll leader to oversee multi-state payroll operations across its distributed workforce. You will ensure accurate, timely compensation and stay compliant with federal, state, and local laws, including CA wage rules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing multi-state payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and experience with BambooHR Payroll or similar HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly and biweekly payrolls across multiple companies, states and legal entities.
• Manage compensation components including commissions, bonuses, draws, deductions, reimbursements, and PTO accruals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including California wage and hour requirements.
