Saber Power Services in Houston, TX is seeking a Payroll Specialist II to support accurate, timely payroll processing across multiple companies and states. This role partners with HR and Accounting to maintain records, process complex pay types, and prepare reconciliations.

The position is fully onsite at Saber’s Clear Lake headquarters in Houston with no travel anticipated. Six+ years of payroll experience and ADP expertise are required.

Qualifikationen

• Six+ years hands-on payroll experience.
• Experience using ADP payroll systems.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Understanding of varied pay types (wages, per diem, travel time).
• Understanding payroll job costing and relation to accounting.

• Perform portions of biweekly payroll processing for multiple companies.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Cross-train across payroll cycle to provide coverage.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and update changes.
• Prepare payroll reporting and reconciliations for accounting.
