Job summary

Planned Parenthood Federation of America in New York seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, compliant bi-weekly payroll runs across multi-state operations. You will perform QA/QC, handle tax variances, and support year-end activities with the Payroll Manager.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in a related field, 4–5 years in payroll, and proficiency with UKG (Pro/Ready) or similar systems, plus advanced Excel skills. CPP is required and FPC preferred. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• FPC preferred; CPP required.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC reviews on payroll data and ensure accuracy of bi-weekly payroll runs.
• Manage multi-state taxation, union requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with year-end activities and audits; coordinate with Payroll Manager.
