• Manage payroll cycles (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) from data entry to disbursement review.
• Enter new hires and update compensation/benefits in HRIS; process terminations.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll deductions, tax withholdings, and garnishments.
• Prepare reports for regulatory forms and assist with payroll audits.
