Addison Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst in NW Houston to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. You will handle multi-state payroll and leverage ADP Workforce Now, with emphasis on data accuracy, compliance, and employee records maintenance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business and has 3+ years of payroll experience, including proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll experience.
• ADP Workforce Now experience required.
• Experience with multi-state payroll preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll accurately and timely using ADP Workforce Now.
• Review payroll data for accuracy (hours, earnings, deductions, bonuses, adjustments).
• Audit payroll reports and identify discrepancies prior to processing.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and process changes.
• Calculate and process payroll deductions, garnishments, and other adjustments.
• Reconcile payroll registers and tax reports.
