Qualifications

• Own weekly payroll processing for a multi-location workforce.
• Reconcile paper timecards and electronic timekeeping records.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies, exceptions, and pay-related variances.
• Support payroll reporting, audit preparation, and compliance documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for payroll data review and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely weekly payroll for all employees.
• Review and enter timekeeping records to ensure complete payroll data.
• Reconcile manual and electronic timekeeping information and resolve issues before finalization.
• Investigate payroll exceptions and variances with managers and HR.
• Maintain payroll records, supporting documentation, and audit trails.
• Prepare payroll reports for audits, compliance reviews, and operational needs.
