BWH Hotels is seeking a Senior Payroll Representative to support the administration and processing of U.S. and Canadian payrolls. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with HR, Benefits, and Finance to ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

This hybrid position involves maintaining payroll systems (Workday and Dayforce), handling year-end filings, and supporting payroll tax compliance and audits. Based at our Phoenix, AZ headquarters, with flexible hours.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–4 years payroll experience including automated timekeeping and payroll systems.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday and Dayforce preferred.
• Canadian payroll experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls for U.S. and Canadian employees.
• Review timesheets, audit time and attendance, and ensure accurate reporting of hours, leave and payroll transactions.
• Verify earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments and benefits; reconcile results with HR and Benefits teams.
• Maintain payroll procedures and internal controls; support year-end filings and regulatory compliance.
