Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls for US and Canada across 700+ employees, using ADP Workforce Now. You will ensure accuracy, tax compliance, and timely W‑2s/T4s while partnering with HR, Finance, and external vendors in a hybrid model.

The role emphasizes process improvements, payroll automation, and year-end duties, with the Norwalk, Connecticut headquarters set to open in 2027. Strict confidentiality is required.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree minimum.
• 10 years related payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now highly preferred.
• Strong confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• The timely and accurate processing of salaried and hourly employee payrolls on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis across the U.S. and Canada.
• General ledger processing, tax and cash reporting, and payroll reconciliations; collaborate with partners and vendors.
• Year-end processing and ensuring accurate W-2s and T4s; respond to employee inquiries with thorough research.
• Participate in payroll system projects, enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementation.
