BWH Hotels is seeking a Senior Payroll Representative to administer and process multi-state U.S. and multi-province Canadian payrolls. You will assist with compliance, system administration, and process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

The role supports Payroll Manager and requires high attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work with systems like Workday and Dayforce in a hybrid office at our Phoenix headquarters.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of payroll experience, including automated timekeeping.
• Intermediate MS Office skills; Workday and Dayforce preferred.
• Canadian payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly US and Canadian payrolls; ensure accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records in Workday and Dayforce; support audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and provincial laws.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors; respond to payroll inquiries.
