Job summary

Zedra Global Expansion US LLC is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage full-cycle payroll for clients, including benefits administration, tax forms, and compliance. You will coordinate with Accounting and HR teams, set up payrolls with vendors, and ensure accurate processing for weekly, biweekly, or monthly cycles.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and at least two years of payroll/HR experience, with hands-on use of ADP, Paychex, or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in payroll or HR role.
• Experience with automated payroll systems (ADP/Trinet/Paychex) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full range of payroll operations for clients, including benefits administration and file maintenance.
• Coordinate with Accounting Manager/Senior/Consultant on HR matters to keep clients updated.
• Set up client payrolls in coordination with processing vendors.
• Follow up with new hires for required paperwork (legal forms).
• Maintain personnel records (W-4, I-9, etc.) and ensure data accuracy.
• Process weekly/biweekly/monthly salaries, including hires, terminations, and changes.
