Precise Systems seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team in Reston, VA. This full-time role involves accurate payroll processing, data entry, and close collaboration with the HR department to ensure timely and compliant pay runs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll experience in a government contracting environment, with strong ADP and Deltek CostPoint expertise and familiarity with ERP systems. Hybrid work is available with in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of payroll processing in a government contracting environment.
• Experience with ADP and Deltek CostPoint.
• Experience with multiple payroll processing cycles.
• ERP systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Process all assigned payrolls accurately and timely.
• Assist with new hire setup in the payroll system of record.
• Assist with out-processing of employees through the payroll systems.
• Generate payroll reports and meet funding source reporting requirements.
• Assist with timesheet correction processes.
• Calculate and submit payroll adjustments (separations/terminations).
• Research and resolve payroll issues for hourly and salaried staff.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Assist with Workers' Comp calculations.
