The role requires 5+ years of payroll processing experience, multi-state knowledge, and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with HR and Accounting to maintain accurate payroll records and support audits and year-end filing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll processing experience.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle payroll and payroll tax compliance.
• Experience with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and general ledger entries.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Ability to handle payroll adjustments, deductions, overtime, and employee changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Review timekeeping records, hours worked, overtime, and PTO for accuracy.
• Process new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and payroll adjustments.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and pay inquiries.
• Reconcile payroll accounts, tax liabilities, and GL entries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and annual reporting.
