Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and timely; ensure pay, deductions, and adjustments are reflected.
• Review payroll data to identify discrepancies and ensure records are accurate.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and research variances for accurate accounts.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with year-end processing, audits, and reporting.

Responsibilities Of The Senior Payroll Specialist

• The Senior Payroll Analyst will process biweekly payroll accurately and timely while ensuring employee pay, deductions, and adjustments are properly reflected
• Review payroll information and support data to identify discrepancies and ensure payroll records remain accurate
• Respond to employee payroll questions and provide timely resolutions to issues involving pay, deductions, taxes, and other payroll matters
• Perform payroll reconciliations and research variances to ensure payroll-related accounts and records are accurate
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with year-end processing, audits, and required payroll reporting
