Responsibilities

• Process client payrolls accurately and timely, including bonuses/severance and payroll taxes.
• Review payroll data and reconcile deposits and withholdings.
• Build trusted client relationships and maintain confidentiality.
• Support implementation teams and train clients on payroll processes.
• Assist with new client onboarding and project management.
• Provide technical software support and identify expansion opportunities.
