Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a payroll professional to manage client payroll data, ensure accuracy, and process payrolls to meet deadlines. You will advise clients on payroll matters and support ADP RUN implementations within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience can substitute.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process payrolls in a timely manner to meet client deadlines; update employee records, bonuses, severance, taxes, deposits and withholdings.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions for social security and unemployment.
• Establish strong, trusted client relationships by consulting on payroll matters and maintaining data confidentiality.
• Provide technical software support to clients and train them on payroll processes.
• Support implementation projects and help ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
