Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• CPP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process payrolls to meet client deadlines, update employee records, calculate bonuses or severance, review taxes, and reconcile deposits.
• Establish strong client relationships by consulting on payroll matters and maintaining confidentiality of employee data.
• Provide technical software support to clients and identify out-of-scope work.
• Assist implementation team and manage new client implementations, training clients as needed.
• Support team development by mentoring colleagues and staying current on payroll laws.
