Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation experience.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll data accuracy in their payroll system.
• Review and process payrolls in a timely manner, including updates to records and tax calculations.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish strong client relationships and maintain data confidentiality.
• Support implementation by interviewing clients and managing projects.
• Train clients on payroll processes as necessary.
• Mentor new staff and share knowledge on ADP platforms.
• Stay updated on local, state, and federal payroll laws.
